Since 1985, our founder, Jerry Leggett, has been working with local communities to create peacebuilding events that foster unity and raise resources to do good on the ground.

 

Our Mission

  • We teach and build peace through the arts.

  • We provide tools for community peacebuilding initiatives such as the Peacebuilder Experience and Peace Heroes Walk.

  • Our people-focused strategy develops and delivers people-oriented programs to people with shared values and desired outcomes.

  • Through P.L.A.N. -- the Peace Literacy Action Network, we are growing a grassroots movement of peace literacy advocates who are helping to bring positive, measurable change, one word at a time.
